WWF were one of our biggest clients in the early years of Tack Studio. We did two major projects with them—one about the People's Plan for Nature, and one about the Forest Restoration Catalyst in collaboration with Trillion Trees.

We’re big believers in pen and paper. You simply can’t beat sitting down with a fresh notebook to make sense of your ideas, thoughts and feelings. Even with all of the technology available to us today, it can sometimes make things unnecessarily complex and can get in the way of the (often simple) task you’re trying to accomplish.

With something as important as the future of our planet, we couldn't afford for those distractions to cloud the messaging. After all, what use is technology without a healthy planet on which to enjoy it?

With that in mind, the mixed-media, organic collage design and the watercolour illustrations give it an uncomplicated, friendly and ‘real’ feeling that doesn't leave readers overwhelmed. It allows the information to be presented in such a way that ultimately makes the suggested actions seem achievable to everyone — which, of course, is the most important thing of all.
